Do you know how to provide analysis and determine if systems and new implementations are fit for purpose? We are building an expert team for Client Lifecycle Management inclusive4 of account onboarding, maintenance and closing focused on our new target onboarding platform

We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to:

  • Build up a deep knowledge combining both product knowhow with technology understanding

  • Facilitate gathering solutions with diverse of stakeholders and support function including 2nd line and technology to translate procedural changes in system specific requirements

  • Translate required system changes in userstories and support Technology in sprint planning of implementation.

  • Be a key driver in coordinating testing across different phases (product/UAT). When defects are identified you will be responsible for logging defects with appropriate detail, tracking updates and progress and retesting through resolution.

  • Throughout the testing phases, identify potential design gaps for further development needs.

  • Lend support to the training team in gathering required information to develop robust training materials to be used by our field and CSC staff.

  • Support as Subject Matter Experts in diverse readiness activities coordinated by readiness lead

  • Participate in roll out sessions as needed

  • Post go-live function as a Product owner in an agile structure to drive continuous change pipeline including writing business requirements, user stories, EPICS and manage the backlog of IT changes

Your expertise

  • ideally 7-12+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management, preferably in a similar role

  • Project management/analyst experience in agile environment and experienced in epic and story writing

  • knowledge and experience with Client Onboarding, KYC and Client lifecycle processes would be a benefit

  • strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and adapt, with good written and verbal communication skills

  • collaborative team member with analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
