At Xolv Technology Solutions, Inc., we are on a mission to build technology that cares. We design and build solutions that support a diverse community of neurodiverse humans, with justice, equity and inclusion as our guiding principles. Behavioral health therapies can be expensive, intensive, hard to find, but incredibly impactful and effective for children and their families. For clinicians who provide those life-changing services, legacy electronic health record systems don't adequately meet their unique needs, and the selection of specialized tools in this space is limited. Xolv continues to lead the movement in delivering innovative solutions to patients, their families, and the organizations that support them. By harnessing technology and creating new applications, we change how care can be delivered. Be a part of the movement in driving our mission and sharing our values!

We are primarily a remote-based company allowing for individual flexibility. We stay connected doing incredible work leveraging tools like Zoom, Jira, and MS Teams. Xolv enjoys teambuilding events, competitive compensation packages with bonus structures, company equity and both flexible time off and sick time. We value hard work while encouraging a fun environment that contributes positively to our employees' well-being.

Xolv builds teams collaborating in supporting our mission to advocate for equitable, inclusive, accessible, and justice-driven technology solution design. We seek team members that share our professional values and want to make positive changes in the industry with care. We are equally customer centric and employee centric and ensure our newest team members share the same approach. If you are looking for a company that cares about their employees as much as their customers, apply now!
