Product Manager

Responsibilities

·         Collaborate with engineering dept. to create data sheets and marketing materials for company’s products.

·         Support field sales in engagement with customers.

·         Create and implement systems to capture voice of the customer input.

·         Collaborate with customers for module design and develop product specifications.

·         Manage customer on-boarding process.

·         Coordinate with sales to develop global revenue forecast.

·         Analyze & report on market trends from a technology perspective.

·         Maintain competitor database.

·         Manage customer testing & evaluation process.

·         Support commercial negotiations as tasked.

·         Be the point of coordination between our customers, field sales, Engineering and R&D to ensure customer success.

·         Routinely interface with the senior leadership team.

·         Other product marketing tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

·         BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program, MBA preferred.

·         Must have excellent oral and written communication and cross-cultural skills.

·         Mandarin a plus (spoken and/or written)

·         5 years experience in engineering and/or technical product management.

·         Must hold a valid US passport.

·         Demonstrate mental agility and willingness to learn new concepts.

·         Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally.
