The Manager is responsible to lead the Bearing Repair Product Management and Program Manager Team. Provide a deep understanding of marketing and product services to develop and implement a global strategy for markets within the Bearing Inspection Inc. Business. Manage development of market and product plans and execute plans that achieve desired sales revenue, profitability and market position as defined. Manage the Growth Portfolio and team. Manage the Marketing Communication plan in conjunction with Sales to reach our customer base globally. Approve pricing to allow for profitable growth and compete in the market.

Set the standards for functional competencies, training and performance expectations. Communicate Market and Product expectations with GM and integrates strategies with functional areas through the creation of clear market and product plans - Drive alignment across the business by communicating demand and infrastructure needs using a multiyear forecast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and Senior Management to develop strategy for markets

    • Evaluate and develop market and product plans from market / product
    • Communicate external market needs into internal business plan metrics
  • To Manage major strategic initiatives that focus on accelerated growth

    • Drive process to meet growth targets
    • Utilize Concept to Creation Process

Implement, drive and track the timely completion of program and project objectives and tactics.

    • Filter and Manage individual Requests for Quotes for Value
  • Approve Pricing to meet profitable growth targets with market input

  • Develop and support implementation of Trade Show schedule

  • Develop, document and drive annual business planning and monthly demand process for SIOP


  • Min. Bachelor's degree, with (12) twelve+ years' experience in aerospace, maintenance, repair and overhaul preferred

  • Knowledge of dynamic products and services, specifically repair, maintenance and overhaul

  • Experience with FAA & Airlines

  • Expertise in aerospace (military, general aviation, commercial) procurement processes

  • Established network of contacts with customer's technical and procurement functions in the industry

  • Ability to quickly assess customer needs versus product offering

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to present in large or small groups

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals

  • Must be able to travel greater than 10% of the time
