Pinterest is looking for a motivated self-starter PM to join our Partners Product team, aka Ads Products. Pinterest is in a unique position to bring user and advertiser value in a way that has not been done in industry. This person will make a tremendous impact on how Pinterest's performance is understood and shape the narrative for partners looking to maximize their value from Pinterest. You'll build and own a full suite of measurement and attribution products across all types of advertising objectives to help advertisers understand our powerful insights. The ideal candidate will be equally effective meeting VP's at large advertisers one day, and working side by side with IC engineers and marketers the next. The ability to simplify abstract concepts as well as go deep into the tech and data is critical for this role. This role involves travel between Seattle and San Francisco regularly.

What you'll do:

  • Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution across Measurement, Attribution and Insights at Pinterest

  • Leverage Pinterest's unique place in the user conversion path to develop innovative products for measurement and attribution

  • Influence the advertising industry and evangelize Pinterest's unique role in the conversion path, shifting how the industry looks at attribution

  • Work cross functionally with technical, creative, marketing and research teams and partner with business and corporate development for opportunities to accelerate our 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5+ years of product management or related experience at fast growing companies, with proven success

  • Deep understanding of ad tech and the measurement space, including direct response and brand advertising

  • Bias toward action and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

  • Technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent work experience

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be managing the programs across multiple teams and functions across Facebook. You will be responsible for scoping the project and defining milestones and success metrics. You'll work with the team on architectural decisions and end-to-end execution. This is a full-time position based in Seattle, WA. RESPONSIBILITIES * Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team. Define and own success metrics and key performance indicators. Determine who your customers are and communicate technical requirements to teams you depend on. Help integrate across several products e.g. ads reporting, measurement, targeting, ranking and analytics. Interface with Engineering and Product teams for project requirements and scope. Balance the business needs with technical constraints by building deep subject matter expertise for your area. Reduce surprises during execution and own progress reporting. Be the glue between different cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Research, Design and Data. Ability to motivate and focus a large team to reach challenging goals. Assess business impact, prioritize initiatives and quickly react to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience. Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time.
