Product Management Specialist
Job Description Summary
Drive product management activities across the end-to-end product lifecycle for a defined set of products.
Customer Business Expertise (knowing the customer and help them solve their business problems)
Provide product content as needed to support customer understanding (e.g. presentations, demonstrations, documentation). Provide solution and domain insight to customers and serve as an advisor to customers and regional teams. Support account teams and customers with knowledge transfer activities to build self-sufficiency.
Analyze and document business requirements and use appropriate techniques to refine, review and validate requirements. Manage functional activations.
Review functional design and specifications to ensure they correspond to identified customer / market needs. Support activities related to Airline Community, User Groups and regional Customer Events. Leverage customer ecosystem to relay account strategy for mega / large accounts and expectations from the market through continuous feedback loop with central PMs Be the Voice of the Customer in the different internal ceremonies:
including representing region at Lean Portfolio Management discussions (SAFe methodolgy)

Work with and support extended account teams to ensure customer satisfaction with our products including customer engagements on product capabilities as needed.
Specific accountabilities:
Support to engagements for new business / upsell
Participate in prospective engagements and renewals through product demonstrations and ensure that the right solutions are positioned to the airlines through product demonstrations or product clarifications. Support scoping sessions as needed.
Be able to step into a stream lead capacity as required related to his/her business domain of ownership for complex engagements. Support Go-To-Market and sales enablement by sharing knowledge of solutions (products & services) with the regional teams and to the airlines: functional, commercial, pricing, positioning. Support RfP/RfI engagements with domain expertise.
Work with Sales and support sales efforts through product presentations and demos. Work with customers to understand their business and how Amadeus solutions can meet their needs. Drive execution of regional and central initiatives in a given domain of expertise and take lead on transversal and complex projects that require cross-area expertise.
