CentralSquare is seeking a talented, data-driven Product Management Operations Reporting Manager to join us as a member of our Product Management Team. You should be comfortable in a fast-growing environment and bring energy and creativity to your work, spanning high-level strategy as well as hands on execution.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Product Management Operations, the Product Management Operations Reporting Manager will be responsible for supporting various activities in the Product Management team at CentralSquare Technologies including leading the effort to ensure accuracy of our Weekly Dashboard reporting, developing reporting dashboards within Salesforce to support product managers, assisting with rolling roadmap updates, and serving as the administrator for our Aha! product management tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Product Management team meetings to understand project timelines, scope of work, etc.

  • Prioritize and plan work activities in support of Product Management team goals

  • Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of the Weekly Dashboard and following up with product and development managers to clarify any gaps or unclear items.

  • Identifying key performance indicators for product managers and development and roll out of Salesforce dashboard to support the product management organization

  • Support Product Administration and Public Safety & Justice requests for monthly Business Unit Council meetings

  • Assist with rolling roadmap updates and delivery, including serving as administrator for Aha! (Product Management tool)

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations or business analyst

  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communications and presentations skills

  • Strong project management/ organizational skills

  • Advanced Excel and reporting capability

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA program in Business, Computer Science or related area of study

  • Self-starter who can quickly learn new concepts and adapt to change

  • Someone who is willing to go and find an answer rather than wait for it to be given to them

  • Familiarization with Salesforce, Microsoft TEAMS, and Microsoft SharePoint
