Job Description

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects.

• Lead and guide the work of technical staff.

• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.

• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.

• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for core cloud observability and service reliability for mission critical software applications.

• Customer and partner requirement gathering, creating functional specifications and working with engineering to architect and deliver the right solutions at the right time.

• Product ideation, evaluation, development and launch activities.

• Work to be the face of the team to showcase the value prop and progress against shared goals of the company.

• Create prototypes for application features and use cases to deliver superior user experience.

• Gather user feedback for iterative improvements and setting future product direction.

• Make presentations to senior executives for planning business initiatives.

• Use agile methodology to prioritize work, drive sprint and release planning.

• $82,243 - 166,200 per year.

• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Basic Requirements

• Masters degree + 2 years experience.
