Job Description:

  • Support the evaluation of new opportunities to increase revenue and profits.

  • Market research & analysis: Conducts market research, sizing, and supporting analysis.

  • Prepares market opportunity analysis including identifying competitive products, target clients and pricing, etc.

  • Collects requirements from end-users and other subject matter experts.

  • Document and communicate tactical, actionable requirements for product development and provides direction to a cross functional team to orchestrate the development and release process.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved and maintained.

  • Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance teams to ensure a quality product is developed and deployed.

  • Engage marketing representatives to create effective marketing plans to support the initiative and provide direction on cost, timing, training, etc.

  • Work closely with sales team to develop innovative marketing programs, including sales tools, collateral and trade show campaigns.

  • Collaborates with sales, marketing, and support department to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

  • Provides analysis on prioritization and appropriate trade-offs regarding implementation issues based upon understanding constraints, dependencies, costs, resources and customer benefits.

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • BS Degree or equivalent work/industry experience

  • 3-5 years direct experience working for a software development company, preferably in product mgmt.

  • Analytical skills with an understanding of statistical models and how they are used in a product solution.

  • Extensive user interface design experience.

  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or other UI design software.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to assess product opportunities through market research and client feedback to develop market sizing, pricing, costing and ROI analysis

  • Experience with project development methodology (i.e.. Agile, Waterfall, Extreme) preferred

  • Negotiation skills

  • Data analysis skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Presentation skills to present to and persuade large and diverse audiences

We believe our team members are the best in the business, and we will continue to recruit, retain, develop and reward our most important asset - our people!</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>In this role, you will partner with our Development Leaders, Product Managers, development teams and key stakeholders to design, develop, and to drive business outcomes for our clients.</p><ul><li><p>Consults with stakeholders across products and technologies to understand objectives and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the project</p></li><li><p>Helping the team understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain</p></li><li><p>Helping the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog using the information gathered from the daily stand-up meetings.</p></li><li><p>Assist with the product backlog by scheduling meetings and writing user stories</p></li><li><p>Helping the team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done</p></li><li><p>Facilitate communication and information exchange between key stakeholders and the project team</p></li><li><p>Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning</p></li><li><p>Will present release details to the Change Management Board and work with business leaders to gain approvals</p></li></ul><p>Job Qualifications:</p><p>Experience leading project/product teams and helping to prioritize work items</p><ul><li><p>Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus)</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques</p></li><li><p>Previous experience and success working with agile development methodologies such as Scrum</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms</p></li><li><p>Technically savvy, preferably with knowledge of .NET Web and Desktop development environments</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others.
