Position Status: Full Time (40 hrs week)
Responsible for administration of the Product Link/Vision Link application delivered through the dealer web site. Support both internal personnel as well as external clients. Coordinate the establishment and/or maintenance of client and equipment information between the dealer and client.
Essential Functions & Additional Responsibilities
Effectively monitors Product Link "no reports" and contacts appropriate client for resolution.
Coordinates with Caterpillar and/or other Caterpillar Dealerships to resolve duplication or conflict of equipment information by universal client identification.
Migrates over Product Link agreements from Equipment Manager to Trimble's database.
Works with Empire resources to schedule Product Link installs & ensure target completion dates are met and progress/delays are communicated effectively to the client.
Ensures Vision Link monthly fees are charged to the proper accounts. Communicates infractions through the Contract Financial Health Analyst for reconciliation.
Schedules Product Link installs with Service Operations, CSA Team and Client's
Grants and maintains user authorizations within Vision Link interface.
Establishes and/or maintains client/equipment subscriptions to include 90 day monthly fee expiration notices.
Schedules occasional site visits with operational areas and clients for Vision Link training sessions.
Provides parameters to service personnel for hardware installation and configuration.
Configures and/or utilizes Equipment Grouping, Manage Hardware, Time and Geo Fencing Descriptions.
Responsibility for managing CSA Client Service Representatives assigned to the contract team which enrolls and manages the planned maintenance functions as stated within the contract language.

Ensures total client satisfaction through effective communication and interaction.
Documents and communicates issues that may impact client satisfaction to the appropriate area.
Utilizes available technology to effectively communicate with the client and employees.
Works overtime as required to meet department and corporate objectives.
Performs other related duties as may be required by Manager.
Must accomplish training and serve as a Green Belt in support of Empire's Six Sigma program.
Works within and promotes corporate values.
