The Product Manager is a strategic position responsible for the success of SailPoint products in the marketplace. The position requires strong marketing and communications skills, as well as a technical understanding of enterprise software, software-as-a-service, customer IT environments, and rapidly evolving security and compliance technologies.

The Product Manager must be comfortable working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and professional services, as well as with prospects, customers, and partners. The position reports to the Product Line Manager for IdentityNow.

The primary goal of this position is to drive product improvements designed to ensure customers deploy more features and capabilities, faster.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer feedback and monitor deployment success, driving product innovation to improve the speed and scale of deployments.

Define market-driven product requirements based on customer feedback and usage data.

Develop, prioritize and manage the product backlog in a lean / agile environment.

Provide product support for sales opportunities, including on-site customer visits when needed.

Participate in user experience testing and product feedback sessions to capture key feedback that feeds product development

Generate content to support collateral, presentations/scripts, and FAQs that communicate the Identity Now value proposition

Act as product spokesperson for SailPoint at tradeshows, industry events, and conferences

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in product management

Experienced in leading a team of senior and junior product managers. This individual will start with 2-3 product managers under them and will accommodate growth as company demands it

Can clearly demonstrate a past in building a software product focused in B2B enterprise space

Can clearly demonstrate a past in building a SaaS platform as a product

Technical background (EE, CS) etc. preferred

Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful software products.

Experience collaborating with product marketing and marketing to provide content and campaign support.

Working experience with APIs would be a huge asset

Experience delivering support to field sales organizations.

Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

BA/BS in business or technical field required.

What You Will Do As an Associate with Ascension Technologies, you will have the opportunity to provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure. Job Summary: Ascension Technologies is seeking a Revenue Cycle Technical Analyst to join an information technology team in the on-going maintenance and support of healthcare revenue cycle software applications. This position requires a solid foundation of the following: information technology, remote application trouble-shooting and resolution, project coordination, change management, and customer support. The Revenue Cycle Technical Analyst will support and resolve issues with assigned applications and participate on project teams for system implementations and upgrades. Duties consist of working with business partners, clinicians, and IT personnel to define user requirements and assist with configuring, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. A degree in computer science or computer technology is preferred. Healthcare IT experience is a plus. Responsibilities: The Revenue Cycle Technical Analyst will: * Independently troubleshoot production issues and provide support to revenue cycle, clinicians and IS teams in a timely and accurate manner * Monitor and perform routine maintenance on assigned applications * Generate and maintain periodic status reports * Produce and maintain documentation of business requirements, build changes, support guides * Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, user, etc) * Assist with change management and apply technical knowledge by following established procedures and/or detailed specifications * Be available to be part of the 24/7 on-call team on a rotating basis * Help collect and define business requirements * Independently develop alternative solutions (along with cost and resource requirements) * Participate in testing and validation of code upgrades and issue resolution * Assist with end user training when applicable * Other duties as assigned What You Will Need Education: * High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years experience in working in an IT environment preferred * BA/BS degree is preferred * Previous experience with Revenue Cycle applications, Cerner, EMR in a healthcare environment is a plus * Ability to lead small projects * Able to work independently with general direction while adhering to strict security and confidentiality standards * Ability to establish solid, productive relationships with customers and co-workers * Ability to share knowledge effectively with others * Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations * Experience with application audits – ITGC, UAR, Change Management, HIPAA * Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Austin, TX Equal Employment Opportunity Ascension Technologies is an EEO/AA Employer M/F/Disability/Vet.
