• Panasonic's 3D integrated moving map application designed to enrich the passenger's travel experience. Maintain close relationships with the market (customers, evaluators, and potentials) for awareness of market needs.
  
  Define and develop road mapping processes. Focus on improving profitability, operational efficiency, problem resolution, and in-service delivery. Communication liaison and manages all product deliverables and timelines.
  
  Ensure all product data is accurate and up to date in the applicable systems/tools. Product Definition Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best ones to pursue. Participate in the development of the business plan for specific assigned product line(s). Participate in company program directive sessions.
  
  Participate in Marketing Strategy & Product Line Forecast sessions and planning. Develop 3-year road map for PAC Products to illustrate our vision and plan into the future. Analyze and present market problems/issues and provide recommendations for market opportunities.
  
  Define market size/scope. Focus on product development and definition. Build programs to support PAC's roadmap and vision.
  
  Maintain current status of customer requirements for existing and future products. Lead Product Data Strategy and Product Support Strategy sessions. Lead Product Lifecycle planning sessions.
  
  Has authority to make decisions within scope of role and budget. Decisions are guided by established policies, procedures and business plans. Continually monitor and negotiates Product Line commitments to ensure smooth implementation (development milestones, introduction rates, offer ability, etc.). Road mapping/Strategy/Innovation/Research Develop product road map and strategy.
  
  Develop new and existing product plans and provide recommendations to End of Line (EOL) products. Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, on the creation of position for your products and identify product interdependencies. Communication Lead internal meetings and alignment for specific product line(s). Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvements.
  
  Develop "Win/Loss" analysis at a customer level. Prepare final Product Review Board (PRB) package for presentation. Communicate product plan to team and executives.
  
  Lead product/program directive meetings and requirements. Lead Airline/Airframe Manufacturer meetings. Issue Identification/Resolution Identify and resolve any issues which may inhibit implementation of the plan and on-time delivery.
  
  Ensure in-service issues are resolved quickly with a clear escalation process to identify and correct issues involving payments, portals, or other impediments to profitability The salary range of $112,000 - $188,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
  
  Qualifications What We're Looking For: 4-year degree, preferably in EE or CS. Or 12 years relevant experience, in lieu of a degree. 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Marketing (may be reduced with advanced degree). Previous experience in the aerospace or related industry, preferred. Exposure to IFE or avionics airplane installation projects, airline operations and/or electronics manufacturing, preferred.
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and a diverse range of internal organizations via all methods of communication. Strong ability to drive, influence and collaborate across numerous functional areas. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
  Strong communication and decision-making abilities. Strong creative thinking skillset and can resolve a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills.

  Paid time off: Exempt Salaried employees receive flexible paid time off. This means that there is no fixed number, range, or limit to the amount of Personal and Vacation Days that may be taken for exempt employees.
