Key Responsibilities

Identify the service HVP opportunity in the lithographic equipment and application field, and derive the DVS service content development opportunities accordingly.

Manage service content development projects in the field of lithography equipment and application.

Execute service readiness tasks per company's matrix requirements, by working with peer service teams and partners from the equipment product group, in the area of spare, documentation, training, aftermarkets and service protection.

Qualifications

Education

  • MS in Engineering, Optics, or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience working with lithography equipment or/and lithographic applications.
