What You'll Do Here:
Form an understanding of Cengage Learning's products, processes, systems/tools, and strategic direction
Support the execution of strategic initiatives across the Higher Ed and Skills Product group
Support the product and leadership teams by compiling data and analyzing results to provide guidance on strategic direction of products
Conduct analyses and develop solutions with the business to drive operational improvements, and capture and communicate findings within broader project structure
Skills You Will Need Here:
Progression towards a Bachelor's degree
GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
Active engagement on campus via extracurricular activities
Motivated, self-starter with a passion to better technology in the education industry
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data analysis
