Job Summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for a Product Innovation Manager to join our Marketing team located at our headquarters in Carlisle, PA. This position is responsible for helping to identify, develop and launch new products for CCM. In addition, they will assist the other Product Managers with their development efforts and will be the expert resource on the

project tracking software that will be used to manage the development process across CCM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educates Product Managers and Product Specialists on the use of software and other tools used for

innovation and new product development.

• Facilitates the process of understanding customer needs

• Assists Product Marketing with expediting new product development.

• Adapts existing product designs to meet new specifications and applications.

• Assists with construction of prototypes.

• Tests prototypes to verify product reliability; adjusts as required.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
