The Product Information Coordinator oversees the setup, costing and configuration of all finished goods, stock, raw material parts. Processes new orders from customer service and sends production orders to the fabrication and manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Process orders provided by customer service

  • Issue transfer and production order numbers for plant

  • Enters new orders in manpower

  • Create all items from Raw Materials to Finished Products

  • Create and maintain Product masters

  • Maintain Configuration log and send periodic updates to customer service and manufacturing

  • Create and maintain BOM's

  • Create and maintain Std Cost list across company divisions

  • Enter and Update Standard Cost as needed

  • Report updates and reevaluation to Plastic Controller

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in AXUG webinars and discussions on product information management

  • Participate in supplemental education provided by the company

  • Understand cost sheets, standard cost and tooling amortization

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an Associate's degree business program or have equivalent work experience

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Good math skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

  • Associate degree (business) preferred

  • Knowledge of standard costing and bill of materials preferred

Required Qualifications * 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience that includes 2+ years direct experience in information security * 2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT environment * 5+ years of information technology experience * 2+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting * 3+ years of change management experience * 2+ years of customer service experience * 2+ years of experience working with information security controls and deployments in a production environment * 2+ years of experience interviewing and making hiring recommendations Desired Qualifications * Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization * Knowledge and understanding of security configuration management including: linking security policy with security configuration * Experience resolving and working through escalated and complex issues * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills * Exposure to Wells Fargo Information Security Management System (Policyworks) Job Expectations * Ability to work additional hours as needed Disclaimer All offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
