As a Consultant for our analytics product you'll be part of a customer implementation team that is implementing and configuring our enterprise level reporting solutions that organize and present data in easy to understand dashboards and reports. This information helps our customers better manage their retail relationships to maximizes sales, minimize inventory and act when needed.   • Work with high-profile analytics customers with recognizable global brands.

  • Work across our full technology stack including SQL Server and other database technologies on the back end and our world class BI tool, MicroStrategy, on the front end.

  • Work individually within a team of highly motivated and skilled implementation specialists.

  • Complete product implementations and confirm connectivity with successful data flow.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to other members of the team.

  • Use Jira and Confluence to manage work items and collaborate

  • Verify all associated products and services are configured for each client/retail relationship.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

What skills and experience do I need?

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with SQL database systems and queries.

  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence concepts and practices

  • General understanding of EDI transactions, Ecommerce and Supply Chain principles.

  • Experience working with various data formats.

  • Experience with MicroStrategy, Tableau or PowerBI preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
