This position will be assigned to work out of our home office in Bloomington, IL, our Western Office in Salem, OR, our Southern Office in the Atlanta, GA area (Alpharetta) or our Central Office in the Minneapolis, MN area (Arden Hills).

The COUNTRY Financial Arden Hills Office will relocate to Fifth Street Towers in downtown Minneapolis in November 2018.

At COUNTRY Financial, our Product Implementation Analyst specializes in the development of new and/or improvements to existing P&C business applications. Analyzes P&C business needs, industry trends, and best practices. Serves as a subject matter expert on projects while partnering with information technology (IT) area to develop, consult and/or update business requirements, business rules, communications, and workflow processes. May develop training materials and instruct users on strategies, processes, and/or procedures.

This role aligns enterprise business strategies with its technology. Analyzes business operations and recommends solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. Understands the structure, policies, and operations of the enterprise, and recommends business-focused or technology-focused solutions to improve general business processes and planning. Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents data related to the current and future operation. Creates reports, charts, graphs and presentations to aid in proposing new strategies for successful business changes. Recommends organizational changes in anticipation of predicted marketplace change. Develops project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements, and costs. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training. Deliverables will vary according to needs; some may be limited to IT-related projects only, while others may be involved in areas such as finance or accounting, marketing or operations

  • This position is part of a job family. Placement will be determined by skills and qualifications of the candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands business change needs; assesses business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with appropriate stakeholders.

  • Takes the lead in assisting with the business case, eliciting requirements, translating and simplifying requirements, and use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project's scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

  • Clarifies, updates and improves the business processes impacted by technology changes, and maps out the requirements for one or more systems to support needs and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills to balance multiple demands.

  • 3-4 years experience working directly with senior leadership.

  • P&C background is a plus.

  • Management/project liaison experience a plus.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies is desired.

  • Business Process Modeling experience is desired.

  • Data analysis experience a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience OR,

  • Master's degree and at least 6 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience OR,

  • At least 10 years of business analysis, project management, information technology or related experience

  • And at least 1 year of lead experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment.

  • Work may extend beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate.

This analyst will be charged with actively assessing campaign performance, understanding success levers, and regularly communicating insights. The ideal candidate is data driven and holds technical experience actively managing the integrated operations of our Marketing Automation System (MAS) and CRM. Understanding how to configure these technologies to work in harmony to support Sales & Marketing business processes, as well as campaign workflows, is critically important to be successful in this position. Responsibilities: * Implements automated marketing strategies. Direct the architecture of the lead capture and management processes that need to exist between the MAS and CRM to ensure they are working seamlessly. * Comprehends and applies tagging concepts to provide insights into the buyers journey. * Prepares analytics to measure the effectiveness of consumer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: * Own the strategy to build an overall marketing automation foundation for marketing campaigns, including campaign canvases, lead scoring, lead stages and best practices for the team to adopt. * Builds, tests, and executes campaigns in Marketing Automation tools based on Campaign Manager strategy: Eloqua, Subscriber Mail, Leads & Activities, Siebel, and others * Champion data governance best practices for the Marketing Automation System (MAS); collaborate with the Sales Automation Manager(s) to foster strategic CRM integrations that best support Sales & Marketing operating and reporting requirements. * Utilizes expertise of product marketing to identify and communicate the most relevant and applicable metrics for measuring campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, funnel advancement, conversion rate and ROI to identify successes and enhancement opportunities. * Act as the Marketing Automation System "master user" for the company and provide first-level support for platform-related issues.
