The Product Engineer is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all production activities on the warehouse floor.
These activities include, but are not limited to maintaining all customer files (writing and updating), trouble shooting any and all issues that should arise from the configuration phase through customer acceptance to final delivery of product. The Product Engineer will also be required to maintain an open line of communication with OEM's to be up to date on all hardware, software, tool and/or cable changes.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent 4 year College Degree or 2 year technical degree Experience: 1-3 years related experience preferred OEM Certificate preferred Visual Basic and Microsoft office VBA preferred Pre-employment drug screen All OEM/ODM loading and testing equipment preferred Reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills; ability to multi-task; strong verbal and written communication skills.
