We are looking for someone to lead our team of Program Managers in the Recruiting Operation Team. This individual will work at the intersection of strategy, program management and product development to help drive towards Recruiting's vision. Working in the Global Recruiting Programs and Operations team and partnering closely with global teams and cross-functional partners such as, Enterprise Engineering (Engineers, Product Managers, Product designers, UX researchers, and data teams), Legal, Compliance and Change Management to develop solutions to drive efficiencies, productivity gains and change at scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of project managers to deliver outstanding solutions

Identify the strategy, goals and metrics of the team to ensure key success criteria is clearly defined

Establish scalable approaches to deliver solutions at scale

Influence direction and drive action across teams at all levels to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our global Recruiting organization

Interface with recruiting stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements and work with the team to drive solutions

Using data and research, help drive product decisions that align with the overall Recruiting strategy

Help refine Recruiting communications - i.e. content delivery strategy

Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the product team

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of recruiting/recruiting management experience
    5+ years of project management experience
    3+ years people management experience
    1+ years of strategic planning experience

Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with enterprise product development and systems implementation

Bachelor's degree

Analytical and problem-solving skills to plan strategy, tactics and perform root-cause analysis

Ability to work across functions and at all levels of the organization to collaborate and help influence action

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to leverage cross-team relationships to super-charge collaboration and complimentary work efforts

Responsibilities: * Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, member needs and product metrics to determine the right set of features to help creators feel heard, build community, and drive daily engagement and usage on LinkedIn * Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver and launch product features * Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements * Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team (including designers, engineers, data scientists, machine learning experts) to bring features live to the site and marry technology * Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders Basic Qualifications: * BS degree in a technology-related field * 7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role Preferred Qualifications: * MS degree in a technology-related field * Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch * Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer internet products, including experience working on social platforms and/or digital media * Passion for content products and community building * Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace * Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams * Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Linkedin San Francisco CA
