The Product Director will be a key member of the TREMFYA Marketing team with responsibility to lead strategic direction, development, and execution of the consumer strategy and tactics to activate patients to seek treatment and ask for our brand in the Dermatology and Rheumatology markets.

The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage significant media budget and agency relationships with focus on return-on-investment (ROI), channel optimization, precision targeting and innovative thinking

  • Manage creative agencies in the development and evolution of TREMFYA Direct-to-Consumer TV Advertising

  • Lead the consumer digital ecosystem including website, CRM, social, video, display, search, patient testimonial, and other paid media

  • Shape in-office educational materials, including point-of-care activation, to support patients as they start treatment

  • Partner closely with internal partners to shape and implement communication, PR and advocacy strategy

  • Lead the ongoing assessment of the evolving competitive landscape and develop innovative and differentiated approaches to promote our brands to patients

  • Collaborate closely with multiple functions including Strategy, Analytics & Transformation, Medical Affairs, Global Strategic Marketing, Communications, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance (HCC), North America Pharma affiliates, and external agencies and vendors in order to effectively deliver key commercial activities

  • Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials

  • Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans
