Manager of Product Development opportunity is available in the Atlanta, GA,

area. Looking for someone with experience in food or beverage manufacturing.

Summary of what you would be doing in this Role

• Manages new product development initiatives to meet growth and expansion
• Manages assigned staff, including recruiting and selecting employees, assigning work, providing training and development, evaluating performance, and building a motivated, effective
• Integrates and leverages development objectives for continuous product and technology improvements
• Assists with new product requirements, expectations, and opportunities
• Manages the new product development process, including idea conception, ingredients, process implementation, and packaging

What Qualifications and Skills we are Looking for

• Bachelor's degree in food science or food management
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience with formulated products.
