WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in our Siloam Springs office, as a Product Development Engineer you will be responsible for research and development of new V-belt & CVT belts to meet customer and market needs.

• You'll be working on cross-functional teams with materials & process development, test lab, operations and product line management personnel.

• This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be developing the next generation of V & CVT belts, applying new technologies to drive market leadership in a core product line.

• You'll have opportunities to work on global projects with team members in Asia, Europe & North America.

• You will experience working in office, laboratory & manufacturing environments.

• You will be a part of the Global Innovation Team reporting to the Manager of V & CVT Belt Development.
