Please send us your resume if you'd like to hear more!ROLE DESCRIPTION As a part of the Managed Services Offerings Team, you will be responsible for supporting the product development of current and future offerings. This includes assisting in the lifecycle management of the existing portfolio and executing retirement of obsolete services. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, product managers, technical engineering, delivery and sales account teams on the status and tasks in support of an offering.
Key Responsibilities Work with the Service Offerings manager and Product Management team in the initiation and maintenance of our Managed Service Offerings across Cloud, Infrastructure, Collaboration, and Digital Workspace Services Manage the retirement of offerings across all product groups that are no longer relevant: o Identify scope of services, customers, and devices/instances that are impacted by the retirement o Develop communication for obsolete offerings for key internal stakeholders and external customers. o Support update of devices/instances as needed in ITSM system (ServiceNow) o Coordinate billing changes as needed o Assist in updating Service Catalog and other internal and external collateral Assist in market research, demand forecasting, and competitive analysis as directed by Product Management team. Assist in gathering product KPIs for business reviews Assist Product Managers as needed in ongoing product development. This may include developing sales collateral, writing product documentation, assisting with cost and pricing analysis, and providing other support as directed.
Coordinate and seek input with Service Architects and Delivery Engineering teams when needed for Product development or retirements. Coordinate annual reviews/updates of proposal documentation Provide updated status on work streams to project managers, program manager, and offering management. Assist in developing training material when required Document processes and workflows and contribute to team wiki and SharePoint articles Provide input and recommendations on streamlining and improving processes Participate in Service Assurance meetings as needed Participate in team meetings QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Basic Qualifications Bachelor degree in business or IT related field or equivalent experience.
Three or more years' prior professional work experience, preferably in IT Services Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead and facilitate meetings and discussions with a wide range of participants including business and technical leaders. Demonstrate excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills Needs to be self-starter ready to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in use of MS Office or Office 365 tools Basic knowledge of one or more formal project management methodologies Ability to bridge both technical and business requirements. This resource will work with both technical, sales, and project management resources.
Demonstrated proficiency to solve basic business problems and understanding of technology. Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude and courteous manner towards customer, partners and peers. Other Recommended Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow or a similar SaaS based ITSM system Understanding of ITIL framework Working knowledge of the cost, timeline, and resources necessary in deploying technology solutions.
