Index Team Product Developer.

Creates and coordinates projects to enhance and make current index process more efficient. Creates project plans, writes business requirements, documents project goals and justifies project expenditures. Works with Tempe index team and Bangalore index team to help monitor and maintains index data/process on system. Coordinates projects to develop and implement new and enhanced institutional trust products. Creates project plans, writes business requirements, documents project goals and justifies project expenditures.
1.Creates and coordinates projects to develop new institutional trust products or enhancements to an existing product for an assigned product line.
2.Prepares written documentation to support project goals and justification for project expenditures.
3.Presents project status, progress and spending to team members and management.
4.Writes business requirements.
5.Partners with marketing and product/market owners on client communications relating to project.
6.Maintains a thorough knowledge and awareness of legal

requirements, regulatory environment, legislative changes, and marketing trends in the institutional trust industry to determine the direction for new products or enhancements to existing products.
7.Works closely with systems and trust operations areas to assess processing capabilities of changes on existing systems and operations and to determine the measures required for development

and implementation.
8.Consults with sales and client servicing team on specific product lines and new business development.
9.Works with Tempe index team and Bangalore index team to help monitor/maintain index data on system
10. Investigates and answers inquiries/issues regarding index data.
11. Communicates with internal partners as well as external vendors on a daily basis.

3-5 years of product development or related experience. Knowledge of product development usually acquired through related work experience is required to coordinate the development of institutional trust products. Knowledge of interfacing systems and operations is needed to assess and plan for processing requirements. Organizational skills are needed to develop and follow through on project goals and objectives. Knowledge of product development anddocumentation processes. Understanding of market data and flow/storageprocess of data. Understanding of databases and how they work. SQLknowledge required. Good communications skills required for internalpartners as well as external vendors. Knowledge of interfacing systemsand operations is needed to assess and plan for processing requirements. Organizationalskills are needed to develop and follow through on project goals andobjectives.

Under general supervision, this role is responsible for evaluating new techniques, practices, or technologies that meet the corporation's strategic HR goals. The individual should have strong technical, programming and troubleshooting skills. The idea candidate should have 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience and be proficient in at least 2 of the following core HCM functionalities. * North America Payroll with Tax Update experience strongly desired * Time and Labor * Performance Management * Core HCM Clearly communicates with systems and partners at all levels about new processes and recommendations. Acts as a technical consultant to other partners and coordinates the implementation of new processes and techniques. Major Duties • Conducts feasibility studies, and defines and designs system requirements for complex data processing projects. * Develops or maintains computer programs including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and installation as needed. * Prepares project phase reports, including requirements, feasibility, definition and design. May also review and validate requirements, definition and design to evaluate production impact and support requirements. * Consults with partners from systems and other business units regarding new techniques, practices, or technologies in data processing and the impact of proposed and ongoing projects. * Evaluates and makes recommendations on techniques, practices or technologies that would enhance business needs. Also ensures continuous process improvements. * Acts as the technical or business consultant on project development/production health, new techniques and the implementation of new processes. * Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor Analyst level employees. * More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas. * Provides estimates for project technical effort. * Serves as technical lead on small projects and oversees portions or large upgrade projects. * Creates technical specifications and oversees development done by offshore team. * Delivers a work product that requires less revision, meeting the end user requirements and moves to production with few or no errors. Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of programming languages and various business applications, usually acquired through related experience, is required to support all project phases. Knowledge of programming, debugging, and testing system programs is required to develop or maintain computer programs. Analytical and problem solving skills are needed for systems guidance. Experience Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time are necessary to excel in this position. PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, STAT, Java Script, HTML, Fluid page development and excellent troubleshooting skills.
