Looking for an experienced Design Lead to join the Core experiences pillar and build easy to use, well-crafted experiences that push the boundaries of what’s possible in communication UI. This role is for someone who has a track record of delivering simple, well-crafted mobile experiences and is a strong systems thinker working across platforms. Job Title:

Product Designer V Key Responsibilities: Design leading-edge concepts for a global audience Identify new opportunities based on emerging technologies and trends and anchor them on key people insights through partnership with research and data science peers Partner with Product Managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch Collect requirements, create user flows, prototype to visualize designed, present to stakeholders and leadership, work with engineering to build features. Minimum Qualifications: 8 years of experience building and shipping iOS and Android applications at company-level, leading the end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain. 8 years of interaction design experience (Figma, prototyping tools) with knowledge defining and evangelizing how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this innovation will scale and examples of the use of appropriate prototyping tools to demonstrate how a particular interaction will work. 8 years of visual design experience with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography and aesthetic sense and how these elements impact product function. 8 years of strategic product thinking with experience developing product goals, identifying opportunities in a global market, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.

Experience representing work to senior executives, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts. Location: San Francisco, CA Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $176,800 – $220,800 annually.
