About the Role
Foxtrot's eCommerce Product Team is a group of creative makers on a mission to develop the best experience for our customers, whether they shop online or in-store. Our secret sauce is the convergence of frictionless UX, best-in-class visual branding, and innovative technologies to create a convenient and delightful shopping and discovery experience for our customers. The role of Product Designer- Loyalty will be responsible for bringing to life a new Foxtrot Loyalty Program across our digital touchpoints. You'll join a diverse and talented team of designers, product managers, and engineers obsessed with making products and services our customers love.

We're looking for someone who's ...
You're curious, passionate, and have a learning mindset.
You have 3+ years of product design experience
You understand the nuances of designing for web, iOS, and Android
You've worked closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to deliver new designs cross-functionally and iteratively.
You own the research and testing process, working closely with product managers and your users.
You seek out teams with kind, mature, and low ego teammates.
You're interested in getting in at the ground floor with a tight-knit design team
