Responsibilities:

  • Design visual artifacts (wireframes, high fidelity mockups, diagrams, demos) for new product features

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and product management stakeholders

  • Apply design system standards to new designs

  • Quickly iterate on new designs with stakeholders

  • Participate in Agile development meetings and processes

Requirements:

  • Visual design expertise

  • Interaction design expertise

  • Experience with Agile software processes

  • 7- 10+ years of industry experience developing and delivering single page applications using cutting edge web technologies.

  • Experienced with JavaScript, CSS and semantic HTML and have strong debugging abilities across all major browsers.

  • Have relevant work experience with large JavaScript codebases and have kept the code testable, tested, modular, and loosely coupled.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Large software company experience

  • Startup company experience

  • UI design expertise

  • Graphic design experience

  • Skilled programmer with a passion for the way the pixels look on the page.

  • Seek to be a part of a collaborative team that is focused on building a product that will delight customers.

  • Look for ways to push JavaScript and the web browser beyond what others have already done.
