We concept, develop, make and deliver the stylish new favorites that Target guests expect and deserve. We are uber-savvy trend and style experts who stay ahead of the curve, proactively identifying our market's needs and exceeding them, every time. Join one of our dynamic and inventive teams to influence the style, quality and value that decisively position Target above the competition. Your input will have a direct and positive effect, whether on home, hardlines or apparel & accessories categories. Here, you'll be close to the action of dreaming up and bringing to life the Target-owned brands that surprise and gratify guests, wherever and whenever they love to shop.
The Product Design & Development Operations team leads multiple initiatives that impact how Target develops products. Do you want to work with the design & development teams as well as cross-functionally partner to improve overall effectiveness of our teams? Are you excellent at multi-tasking, paying attention to details and collaborating with others to drive broad reaching initiatives? Then take your place in a role in which your positive influence is felt throughout the entire product life cycle, from new product innovation to ongoing product improvements and maintenance.
As an Operations Specialist, you will have to wear multiple different hats. You will partner with teams within Target and our business partners to support vendor accreditation activities that could include setting up rooms, scheduling meetings, conducting store tours, ordering food, gathering information from vendors, coordinating activates with team members, inputting data, tracking progress and building reports.
In addition to working on accreditation, you would be updating the PD&D Wikipages and SharePoint sites, maintaining job progression guides, helping to build training content, helping to create communication for HQ and overseas teams, loading and editing video files, conducting team surveys, scheduling brand training, monitor the operations mailbox and coordinating annual vendor training with our global offices and HQ locations.
