What you do:

As a Product Delivery Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of the product line roadmap at Allianz Life comprising of fixed index annuities, registered index-linked annuities, life insurance, and capabilities that support the product lines. In this role you will gain a deep understanding of our products and services and provide subject matter expertise to internal customers.

The ability to effectively collaborate across business functions and provide detailed analysis of complex concepts is essential for success. As an Analyst you will have the opportunity to drive proactive collaboration with leadership, key distribution partners, and other supporting departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of our product features. The Analyst role has a direct impact on execution of the company's goals and serving our customers. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Employer Markets.

Job Functions:

• Contribute product knowledge and implementation expertise in creation of the product strategy and concept. Serve as the subject matter expert of Allianz Life products for internal customers

• Support product team in execution against the product strategy. Take product strategy and translate content for execution to drive tangible business value and owner of the product specification document including creating and maintenance on an ongoing basis

• Work closely with our business and technical delivery teams to ensure product requirements are understood, accurately described, and work as expected

• Strong cross organizational skills with a focus on ability to communicate effectively and comfortably within all levels of the company

• Support Scaled Agile development framework

What you bring:

• 4+ years of experience required including 2+ years managing projects and coordinating with stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
