Product Coordinator (Ux)

The Position: The Product Coordinator

• Product Owner position provides individuals an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing well-rounded competencies in ISN's propriety applications and technologies.

Who should apply?

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience

• 1+ years' experience in project management or similar roles

• 1+ years' experience at ISN or with a similar Software as a Service (SaaS) background

• 1+ years' experience as a dedicated Product Coordinator, with proven track record of delivering high quality products

• 1+ years' experience in Agile Scrum methodology

• Proficient presentation skills

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the change management process for updates to ISNetworld and Empower applications and environments.

• Identify areas of opportunity for ISNetworld and Empower assigned products that align with ISN's business strategy and allow for future advancement and expansion of usage

• Prioritize requests and improvement opportunities and communicate across the company

• Facilitate communication and lead meetings between UX designers, developers, ISN leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone understands user needs and design decisions

• Assist technical teams in breaking down work for Sprints, developing project milestones and ensuring roadmap and priority timelines are met

• Liaise with Business Analysts to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories

• Work with UX designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to create, prioritize, and maintain both the Product Design and Front-End Development backlogs, ensuring tasks are well-defined and ready for design/development

• Manage the ISNetworld and Empower backlog in Azure DevOps throughout the development cycle, adjusting priorities based on reprioritization or changing business goals.

Job Location: 3232 McKinney Ave Ste 1500, Dallas, TX 75204.

• Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.

• Your role on the Products team will have the option to work remotely with at least one in-person engagement required quarterly.

• You will have a ~4-week in-person training focusing on ISNetworld functionality followed by PO-specific training virtually. During this time, certain days may be deemed ok for remote learning as directed by the Training Team and Management.
