Product Coordinator, Lifestyle & Accessories

The Lifestyle & Accessories Product Coordinator is responsible for assisting in product assortment planning, new product development, and the support of product throughout its lifecycle. This includes assisting in defining the vision & direction of the product assortments, developing the product with key partners, and working closely with sales, marketing and operations to bring new product to market. The Product Coordinator will assist in executing the product line strategy for each of our Lifestyle & Accessories product categories to ensure revenue, market share, and profitability targets are met globally.

Essential Functions

• Lead the coordination of new lifestyle and accessories product assortments from concept to launch

• Manage relationships with vendors in development of new product assortments, pricing negotiations, and product quality alignment

• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle

• Assist in communication & education of new products to Commercial and internal teams

• Maintain and organize product information for new and existing product

Required Skills/Abilities

• Highly organized and comfortable multi-tasking in fast-paced environment

• Must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with department and other cross functional teams

• Background in musical instruments and consumer products preferred

Required Education and Experience

• B.S in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent degree

• 3-4 years of experience with product development and management

• Experience in product licensing preferred

Travel Requirements

• This position is mostly office based, but will involve travel to local facilities (Nashville)
