Internally, the team is focused on making it easy to sell and service our products and services through strategic product communications and training. The team also focuses on making it easy for our clients to learn about and utilize all commercial bank products. Aligned to the Marketing team, the team collaborates with client facing sales and service teams, along with other cross-functional groups including Legal, Compliance and Talent Development. Product Communications Manager

Product Training and Communications engages with Product and Channel Development on new product launches, enhancements, incidents and other ad-hoc scenarios that impact our client-facing teams and our clients.

In this role, the Product Communications Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working with business partners and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies in alignment with project and organizational goals.

  • Designing and delivering the appropriate communications through the right channels with input from the Subject Matter Experts.

  • Once communications strategy is in place, work with all levels of the project team to ensure buy in and consensus into approach.

  • Influence stakeholders, who can be at all levels of the organization, to provide the necessary direction and feedback or approval in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery.

  • Evaluate communication deliverables effectiveness and use metrics/data to inform future development.

  • Create and maintaining product and sales materials to support ongoing product and channel usage (both internal and client-facing).

  • Drive internal and external awareness/understanding of changes to existing and/or critical information on new products and services.

  • Manage training communications engagements.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Financial Services background highly desired

  • Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written

  • Outstanding Project Management and organizational skills

  • Understanding of Marketo and basic HTML

  • Proficient in all MS Office products and Adobe Creative Suite a plus

We are searching for an executive communications manager to join our Global Communications organization to collaborate with select members of the company's executive leadership team on the development and implementation of strategic communications platforms that advance Intel's transformation and business strategy. Specifically in this role, the manager will serve as a business partner and communications consultant in the areas of legal, HR and global public policy where communications and a clear narrative can drive the most business value and impact with key audiences internally and externally. The person in this role must be a credible, experienced communications strategist who has previously worked for a large, complex organization at the senior executive level. Candidates must possess clear executive presence, the ability to develop and execute creative, successful communications strategies for internal and external audiences, strong writing skills across a variety of communications channels, as well as a strong knowledge of the technology industry and landscape. Responsibilities * Serve as a communications adviser and strategist to select members of Intel's executive leadership team in support of business goals and strategies. * Conduct appropriate needs assessment and audience analysis to support effective development of communications programs and materials. * Engage and coordinate across communication and marketing partners, executive stakeholders and subject-matter experts to ensure strategic business objectives are supported through integrated communications programs that represent stakeholder perspectives and meet business needs. * Partner closely with the executives' offices, PR, Investor Relations and other key communications partners to develop executive platforms and integrated communications strategy to reach internal and external audiences that includes: * Communications platforms, positioning, messaging, and tactics. * Internal engagement and change management communications strategy. * Recommendation of the most appropriate methods and channels to deliver executive communications internally and externally. * Screening and recommendation of executive speaking opportunities. * Recommendation of target external media, analysts and influencers for relationship building. * Manage communication programs and initiatives involving multiple business areas and targeting broad-based internal audiences. * Write content in support of strategic communication plans, including speeches, editorials, memos, press releases, contributed articles, talking points and more. * Collaborate and assist in the organization and functional design of a nascent executive communications practice for Intel.
