The team also focuses on making it easy for our clients to learn about and utilize all commercial bank products. Aligned to the Marketing team, the team collaborates with client facing sales and service teams, along with other cross-functional groups including Legal, Compliance and Talent Development. Product Training and Communications engages with Product and Channel Development on new product launches, enhancements, incidents and other ad-hoc scenarios that impact our client-facing teams and our clients.
In this role, the Product Communications Manager will be responsible for:
Working with business partners and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies in alignment with project and organizational goals.
Designing and delivering the appropriate communications through the right channels with input from the Subject Matter Experts.
Once communications strategy is in place, work with all levels of the project team to ensure buy in and consensus into approach.
Influence stakeholders, who can be at all levels of the organization, to provide the necessary direction and feedback or approval in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery.
Evaluate communication deliverables effectiveness and use metrics/data to inform future development.
Create and maintaining product and sales materials to support ongoing product and channel usage (both internal and client-facing).
Drive internal and external awareness/understanding of changes to existing and/or critical information on new products and services.
Manage training communications engagements.
5 years of relevant work experience
Financial Services background highly desired
Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written
Outstanding Project Management and organizational skills
Understanding of Marketo and basic HTML
Proficient in all MS Office products and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
