What you'll do:

• Support continued development of the product roadmap, make appropriate trade-offs, and execute on features

• Gather requirements from key stakeholders including product marketing, sales, clients, prospects, and work with the engineering team for product improvements. Based on technical feasibility, sustainability, team estimates and capacity, decide appropriate release timelines for content, adjusting features and priorities as needed.

• Be the interface between customer/partner facing and engineering delivery teams, with the primary task of translating business needs into actionable, engineering-facing requirements.

• Prepare product backlog for sprint planning. Communicate and explain the product backlog to the team.

• Partner with UX and development to collaboratively create mockups that translate into features.

• Coordinate Beta and GTM activities as appropriate with key partners. Develop, collect and communicate metrics on solution performance.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2-5 years' work experience in a Product Management and/or Engineering environment with a demonstrated ability to identify requirements, innovate, and build product capabilities.

• Previous exposure to a fast paced and a multi-cultural business environment.

• Ability to take responsibility proactively and drive a project under guidance

• Should possess good skills in working with and influencing key stakeholders from product, engineering, sales, consulting and marketing across the organization

• Should have credibility to pitch ideas to the organization and harvest customer feedback and use cases that translate to product requirements to build solutions.

• Experience in procurement products is a nice to have and specially in SAP and SAP Ariba products.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent education

• Business English- fluent"

In this pivotal product management/ owner role, you will serve as a liaison between our esteemed customers and our talented Engineering team.

Your primary role will be to decipher product requirements as specified by our customers and oversee the development lifecycle of key features. This includes their definition, testing and eventual marketing within the organization. Our collaborative work environment will require you to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer among different teams and don crucial roles for our go-to-market activities.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69600 - 118200(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
