The Role

Join LoanPro as a Junior Product Architect, where you'll be a key player in designing and shaping our cutting-edge products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and conduct market research to tailor configurations for clients. Leverage LucidChart for effective visualization, code in Clojure and Python, and rigorously test product limits for optimal performance. Your expertise will contribute to comprehensive documentation and continuous improvement, making a significant impact on the utilization of our innovative product offerings. What You'll Do

As a Product Architect, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Product Architecture Design:

  • Participate in the design of product architecture for LoanPro's range of products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology Operations and Revenue, ensuring utilization and understanding of what's been designed.

  • Compliance and Customer Research:

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and standards to ensure product compliance.

  • Conduct market and client research to identify specific requirements and trends.

  • Use Case and Vertical Configurations:

  • Create optimal configuration modules for our products within specific use cases and verticals.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor product configurations accordingly.

  • Lucid Chart and Workflow Design:

  • Utilize Lucid Chart for creating architectural diagrams and workflow designs.

  • Develop visual representations to communicate complex concepts effectively.

  • Code Writing & API Utilization:

  • Write Clojure and Python code to implement and optimize product configurations.

  • Understand API and how they fit within the overall ecosystem.

  • Product Limits & Unique Use Case Testing:

  • Explore the boundaries of the product through rigorous testing.

  • Evaluate specific configurations or use cases to determine their scalability and viability within the product's framework.

  • Documentation:

  • Generate comprehensive design documentation, including architectural diagrams, specifications, and guidelines.

  • Create use case guides and documentation for specific configuration modules.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed configurations, identifying areas for improvement that enhance the best utilization of our product offerings.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a relevant field (Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)

  • [1 - 3] years of experience in Product, Solutioning or related roles

  • Proven experience in product configuration, deployment planning, and client interaction.

  • Proficient in LucidChart for architectural diagrams and workflow design.

  • Hands-on experience with Clojure, Python or similar programming languages.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to display an exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working in a fast-paced fintech or technology-driven environment.
