Product Analyst

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Analyst (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to: Lead the ideation, development, and execution of the product roadmap.

Collaborate with team to set long-term vision and strategy for products through evidence-based decision-making. Create and maintain the product roadmap, and evangelize with internal partners and external clients. Collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships by engaging colleagues and breaking down silos.

Engineer through joint discovery, decision-making and accountability. Build, nurture and convert our API sales pipeline. Collaborate with engineering teams to build reliable and scalable solutions.

Position reports to the Employers Foster City, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.

Alternatively, Master’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in a computer-related occupation.

Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices, including the Product Owner role; and Ability to present the product value and requirements to end users and technology teams. Additional Information Worksite:

Foster City, CA This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Up to 15% domestic and international travel required Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.

APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $146,266.00 USD to $211,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
