What is this career opportunity?

We are looking for an individual with a flair for creative product design, analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail to join our Montana Lottery team! You would assist with the development of the comprehensive short and long-range Scratch game plan and with creating a well-rounded mix of Scratch ticket products to maximize sales. Additional responsibilities would include, monitoring, tracking and performing analysis of Lottery products from creative inception through the sales lifecycle. You would review contractual game specifications, and act as an integral part of the marketing and sales team.

What are we looking for?

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field;

  • The ability to gather, interpret, analyze and present data

  • Two years of related work experience;

  • Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Knowledge of:

  • The concepts and theories of business marketing, advertising, and graphic design;

  • And proficiency with data analysis programs such as Microsoft Excel;

Ability to:

  • Review, comment and objectively critique graphic design;

  • Develop methods to track, measure and monitor game sales and trends;

  • Gather, interpret and analyze data, and develop strategies to effectively present that data;

  • Use data to forecast and provide projected figures;

  • Perform with meticulous attention to detail and be highly organized;

  • Gather, interpret and analyze data, and develop strategies to effectively present that data;

  • Use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for document review and commenting;

  • Plan, organize, gather information and conduct research;

  • Communicate effectively with a variety of people and present data to all audiences;

  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
