Product Analyst Senior Or Lead

As a product analyst on the Commercial Auto team, you'll coordinate all aspects of the commercial auto product that drive profit and growth. You'll assess the product's monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of market trends, and support product revisions and updates. By engaging with partners in many other parts of the organization, you'll provide insights into how our business grows and remains profitable while allowing you to influence strategic considerations.

This is a hybrid role, which means you'll work in-office one to two days a week.

Must-have qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions.

• Experience with data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, Python or equivalent.

• Proficiency with Excel, including the use of pivot tables and formulas.

• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Compensation

• $77,100 - $124,300/ year depending on position level and experience

• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
