The Opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a Product Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements detailed from stakeholder input, and evaluating effectiveness of existing solutions and new product implementations.
In this role you will standardize analysis for review and disseminate conclusions in an organized and professional manner. The product analyst will strive towards automation and repeatability, and will execute with defined methods, structures, processes and procedures. You will work on assigned technology and business priorities, including detailing product feature requests, client and customer priorities, reviewing unit technology, launching pilot implementations, and problem-solving towards a quality guest experience.

Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66500 - $89900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Collaborate with subsidiary team members and clients to gather business requirements and translate them into product requirements, ensuring guest and team member satisfaction
Participate in developing an annual product functionality roadmap, prioritizing items based on changing requirements and business needs, and overseeing all stages of product creation, including design, development, and implementation
Manage the product backlog, oversee quality assurance results, and coordinate business approval of implementations to ensure optimal IT and business solutions
Apply knowledge of integration with organizations, analyze solution performance, establish best practices and processes, and improve IT standards and policies
Build collaborative relationships within the business relationship management team to streamline operations, support data integrity and insights, and ensure timely completion of new implementations and updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information management, computer science, computer systems engineering, business administration, mathematics, or a related field
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems such as Micros, Agilysys, NetSuite, Appetize, and Bypass, menu and categorization management, pricing, displays, third party integrated POS solutions, property management systems, and loyalty integrations
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
Experience with NetSuite, Micros Simphony2, SpotOn, Appetize, Agilysys Resort Systems, Oracle Cloud, Shift4, MyVenue, and similar systems preferred
Ability to secure and maintain any required jurisdictional licensing needed to perform role
Previous employment in the hospitality industry and gaming knowledge a plus.
