Position Title: Product Analyst, Marketing Technology
Location: Hoboken, NJ
Reports To: Product Manager

Partner with Product Managers, the Marketing Technology (MarTech) team and stakeholders (such as eMarketing, DTC, and Analytics) to understand goals, vision, strategy, scope, use cases, and experience.
Assist in maintaining and developing a well-documented and sequenced MarTech capabilities plan.
Collaborate with platform vendors and communicate any new products or functionality that becomes available.
Capture and maintain requirements for product features which can be easily understood by our Digital Technology team.
Attend agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and retrospectives, working in partnership with technology teams on execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional team of designers, project managers, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, and testers to build, execute and release features in alignment with digital roadmaps.
Identify dependencies and communicate any delays, blockers, or technical limitations.
Support business user acceptance testing responsibilities.
Ensure platform roadmaps include requirements that foster a test-and-learn environment, with the aim to continuously improve initiatives through the tracking of data, reading of in-market results and agile responses.
Partner with legal and be aware of upcoming privacy and compliance changes in the industry (such as GDPR, CCPA, ITP) to understand how it will affect the consumer's experience
1-2 years experience in eCommerce marketing role with experience in Salesforce or Adobe Marketing stack.
1-2 years experience with AB testing frameworks and tools
Experience working with a team of product owners to integrate and connect with Salesforce Marketing Cloud's suite of products
Experience must include working in a scaled agile delivery framework (SAFe) using agile software (JIRA and Confluence) or the equivalent preferred.
Strong verbal and written communications, combined with technical acumen, understanding of leading marketing tools and platforms (specifically marketing automation, email service providers, DMP, targeting/segmentation, AdTech), and scaled agile.
Knowledge of Marketing experience technologies, implementing campaigns across multiple channels (email, direct mail, social, web, SMS, and etc.).
Self-starter, comfortable with navigating ambiguity, and passionate about driving change.
Internal influencer, culture carrier, negotiating, and consulting skills.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
System/process oriented, problem solver, ability to manage multiple initiatives and balance the need to work strategically and hands-on.
