Aboutthe Position:

TheGas Business Enablement project is a major long-term investment in our US gasbusiness to enhance compliance, improve customer service, rate case strategyand performance. This newly created project will be a significantundertaking for the business as we standardize and simplify our operationalprocesses, upgrade the technical systems they run on, build on our complianceprograms in a rapidly changing external environment, develop and enhance how weuse technology in the field and ensure we have the right talent and resourceplans to successfully deliver to our customers.

Thisrole will be responsible for providing production support and capturingrequirements to work with developers for customer experience (Salesforce), workmanagement (Salesforce), asset management (Maximo), Back office (SAP) and geographicinformation systems (ESRI) as part of the Gas Business Enablement project. The role will require both business andtechnical skills as you will be acting as the interface between internalbusiness users and technical departments.

JobDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Providebusiness and technical support as it relates to the systems being used by the

Gas Business Enablement project

  • Workwith the business and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities andidentify high-level customer requirements

  • Participatein transitioning the requirements and use cases of the business and ensure aclear and complete understanding of the requirements

  • Workwith the internal team and consulting partners to define metrics andperformance goals

  • Createa knowledge base of application and solution processes, trouble shooting andfrequently asked questions

  • Tailortechnical solutions to business requirements and company best practices

RequiredSkills/Experience:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor'sdegree preferably in an engineering/analytical discipline or demonstratedexperience working in customer focused organization.

  • Experience working ina diverse, team environment

  • Strongoral and written communication skills to effective interface with end users andtechnical teams

  • Anaptitude for strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Abilityto build relationships within all levels of the organization

  • Drive for continuousdevelopment, both personally and as a key team member

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in USenergy sector or similar utility organization
