Work collaboratively with engineers, digital merchants, digital producers, copywriters, and photo stylists to incorporate their feedback into the product definition process
Partner with cross-functional CMS/DAM teams to drive related improvement initiatives as necessary and proactively suggest ideas to improve the system
Assists with governance and quality assurance of data elements by monitoring systems and reports, proposing system and/or process enhancements and participating in testing
Create, manage and maintain key training documentation and knowledgebases for customer facing solutions
Create content as needed to support development and testing of systems
Triage and respond to ecommerce systems (CMS/DAM) inquiries. Identify, replicate and document issue details
Track and monitor issues; provide regular reporting / analysis
Partner with platform teams to resolve issues and answer CMS/DAM related inquiries; appropriately escalating issues to ensure timely resolution
Understand and communicate CMS/DAM updates (e.g., maintenance, introduction of new fields, modification in attribute definition etc.) that impact downstream systems / platform teams
Maintain clear communication and positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Track development heath and velocity using Agile tools; anticipate, track, escalate and mitigate risks
Ensure quality, compliance, and rapid response to customer or business issues
Organized, structured, analytical and logical; strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with distributed teams balancing Lean/Agile Product practices
High curiosity and learning orientation; uses qualitative and quantitative methods to assess performance & customer experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including relationship management, presentation, facilitation, and decision support
Self-starter with partiality towards proactive discovery, a passion for customer data, ability to work cross-functionally, relentless focus on the details
2+ years Business Analyst or Product Analyst experience, especially in Agile software development
2+ years' experience with consumer-facing digital products/properties
Relevant CMS/DAM experience demonstrating working knowledge of industry leading Enterprise tools (BloomReach, Adobe, Oracle, IBM).
Experience with cross-functional content delivery project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
