Responsible for defining MVPs, Product backlog maintenance, acceptance criteria and managing plans, issues and risks


  • Operate in a lead capacity during product development and product management. May assist in determining product deployment and rollout calendar with glide path to customer adoption, including definition of product registration activities. Establish, maintain and adhere to appropriate compliance and controls related to business processes and product development

  • May manage complex customer and vendor/Technology Solutions Provider (TSP)implementations. May lead activities around customer and TSP readiness for successful product adoption

  • Provide strategic product expertise and guidance on significant matters. Oversee development of product documentation, FAQs, and other reference material for internal and external audiences. Develop approach for customer Training (internal or external) through webinars, focus group engagements, lender advisory panels or onsite visits

  • May work with SIM to design and develop marketing strategies. Develop communications plan including internal/external readiness, release notes, lender letters, Guide Announcements for product rollout. Manage effective product launch and timely adoption. Provide SIMs marketing support to ensure product competitiveness. May lead production issues/incident triage resolution. Monitor product performance and ensure legal compliance and/or adoption readiness. Monitor and track regulatory mandate compliance and/or adoption readiness. Recommend enhancements

  • Lead cross functional teams in discovery for product by obtaining insights from stakeholders, including Customer, CDT, SIM CXD and Marketing. May partner with lenders and customers on new business strategies. Synthesizes data and dissemination of insights to assess market needs and competitive product opportunities

  • May maintains industry relations and coordinate response on relevant industry developments. Ensure future state alignment with business, technical and data architectures and alignment with Tribe's North Star. Exceptionally strong analytical skills. Lead of participate in product epic discovery ; lead feature discovery

  • Lead cross functions to ensure product/ enhancements quality meets expected business results. May lead test strategy and facilitate customer and end user testing through test & learn development iterations and closing the loop on customer feedback. Manage end to end business process impacts for cross functional/complex solutions

  • May lead multiple product analysts. May be responsible for product adoption roadmap. May be responsible for regulatory mandates compliance adoption roadmap


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required


  • 6 years of related experience


  • Must be highly organized with project management experience

  • Successful track record working in Agile environments preferred

  • Demonstrated success building consensus, monitoring progress and results as well as providing findings on significant matters.

  • Experience soliciting customer feedback and responding to product-related inquiries

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to vet product ideas and influence decision making on product enhancements

  • Strong analytical skills in sourcing insights, identifying best practices and opportunities.

  • Risk and controls experience.

  • Experience training end user community preferred.

This role will support a variety of financial management, analysis, and reporting activities ranging from Executive to Division-level strategic and execution, processes. * Estimated selection date September 1, 2019 * Estimated start date September 11, 2019 Duties and Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, conduct, analyze and report results of management studies (small to moderate difficulty) designed to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of their unit/section's operations and programs * May be assigned studies individually or serve as a member of a study team. Employ appropriate fact-finding techniques to collect data * Review and analyze all data collected by applying various statistical and mathematical analysis techniques facilitated by use of a computer and associated software packages to compare and project quantifiable data * Prepare and present findings, orally and in writing, to higher-level management personnel in the field office and FBIHQ * Maintain liaison with appropriate entities and for the purpose of collecting data required for studies and implementing solutions * Plan meetings and activities, prepare agenda's, edit and compile a variety of technical, management and administrative correspondence, reports, briefings, and reviews. Performs other related duties as assigned * Analyzes complex financial data and extracts and defines relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability * Develops moderately complex financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis * Keeps abreast of laws and regulations that apply to a particular staff function or field of professional expertise to maintain up-to-date compliance * Uses appropriate cost rates, such as indirect and benefit rates for proposed budgets. Reviews budget justification to ensure it relates to budgeted dollars. Confirms that anticipated promotions and other increases are calculated into the cost of project. Ensures compliance with all relevant university and/or agency regulations and restrictions * Confers with appropriate internal and external offices to ensure that required procedures are followed. Provides instruction and answers questions relating to budget procedures and serves as liaison between the business office and unit areas. Identifies budget issues, provides alternative solutions, and resolves problems * Monitors and approves expenditures throughout the budgetary period * Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports * Uses practical application of management analysis principles, procedures, and techniques in order to enhance experience and broaden knowledge for specific projects.
