Job Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, interpret, and find patterns and trends with data.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand product deliverables and produce appropriate reports. Submit these reports to the relevant department heads and management.
Helping the management and other teams draw business goals and needs.
Drive product-led implementation process improvements by partnering with implementation, conversion, product and engineering leaders to enable the field teams to be self-serving and efficient
Understand market/ sales/ customer needs and business demand and align necessary business decisions based upon capacity and priorities.
Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.
Perform gap analysis activities to identify and document any possible requirement gaps as well as provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems.
Create and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and required documentation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Prior experience with writing and analyzing business and system requirement documents that convey complex business analysis and technology solutions.
Experience with SaaS software testing strategies, conditions, and evaluation of expected results.
Drive product-led implementation process improvements by partnering with implementation, conversion, product and engineering leaders to enable correct flows of information and make data driven decisions.
History of recommending and implementing process improvements.
Proficient experience with MS Office Suite, MS-Visio and web technologies
Analyst in this role will benefit from having distinct communication and problem-solving analytical skills. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Must demonstrate strategic thinking (i.e., able to think about major industry trends including consumers, competitors, SaaS models, impact of technology, impact of costs, etc.).
