ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will collaborate with software development teams to clarify user requirement, product visions and specifications
Lead and prioritize the back log of product functionality and requirements to improve the product's value to the business
You will communicate the business requirements to development groups to drive understanding of purpose and software capabilities
Collaborate with the product manager to create a maintain a product backlog in accordance with business value and return on investment
Define of acceptance criteria, user requirement and ownership to accept and reject software as well as collaborate with business and operational teams to deploy/launch capabilities into market
You will need to have full understanding of the digital consumer to drive an optimized user experience through technical solutions.
You will provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
BASIC QUALIFICATION FOR CONSIDERATION:
We are looking for knowledgeable product owner with 5 or more years' experience in card processing or payments industry and/or in depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.
Experience working in Agile methodology environment
Ability to communicate effectively and have a basic understanding of software development with technical skill set to collaborate with technical teams
Posses strong business analytic skills and ability to be make decisions and adapt to business requirement
Ability to translate requirements effectively into executed deliverables and strong critical thinking and problem solving skills as well as excellent organization skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
Background knowledge in online banking and mobile applications and application protocol interfaces (API) that will enable functionality to service debit and credit card programs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
