The Product Analyst will be a key member of the IT Product Management Team, with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Works with executive and senior leaders to create and maintain an operating platform that defines the people, processes, tools, and technology.

  • Partners with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into technical requirements.

  • Analyzes, documents and tests program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.

  • Partners with business partners to conduct user acceptance testing.

  • Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst/owner.

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Masters or MBA preferred).

  • Agile training as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

  • Experience Documenting Complex Business Solutions.

  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.

  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in work products.

  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent follow-up skills required.

  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards

In This Role, You Will: <br><br> Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document information needs and functional requirements Prepare functional designs of product customizations and features Anticipate bottlenecks, manage project item prioritization, make trade-offs and balance business needs versus technical constraints Project planning and execution - balancing business and technology stakeholder expectations regarding the project scope/components, priorities, schedule, and manage risk to these components Assist in conducting functional requirements gathering; working closely with Product Manager and Systems Analysts Utilize available resources to monitor and summarize system usage data Act as a subject matter expert for the specified product line or business function Identify technical challenges/anomalies and coordinate appropriate resources for resolution Serve as escalation point for all project issues Facilitate business and technical design sessions Work closely with end users, business stakeholders and others to understand and prioritize goals and information needs related to the project Manage the integration of third party vendor tasks and track vendor deliverables Report on status of development, operations and system performance to management Conduct post-mortem meetings and document lessons learned to help identify successful and unsuccessful project elements Here's What You Need: 0 - 3+ years working with SaaS products- experience with Cvent Event Management or similar event management software offerings is a plus. Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills Experience facilitating meetings with high-level cross-functional teams Excellent written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated ability to drive clarity and precision in product requirements Strong understanding of various software development processes, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management Self-starter with the ability to conceive of and accept responsibility for projects to see them through to completion Must be able to work as an individual contributor and to contribute as part of a larger team</p><br> Doubledutch Dallas TX
