Product Analyst

Overview

The Product Analyst will serve as a product specialist for Natixis' separately handled accounts and multi-asset portfolios. Responsibilities include assisting with the management and sourcing of product data; reporting qualitative and quantitative information for results, including RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires; assisting with critical initiatives. The candidate will have experience working with separately managed accounts and multi-asset portfolios and will feel comfortable working with technology, quantitative data, and qualitative information. The Product Analyst will also engage with authorities from various parts of the organization including legal, compliance, information technology, marketing, sales, and investments to help support the best possible client experience and to help drive central initiatives forward. This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA (three days per week in the office, two days per week remote).

What you will do:

• Understand Natixis' organizational structure and become knowledgeable about the investment strategies offered by Natixis and its affiliated investment managers.

• Assist with the production of data for separately managed accounts and multi-asset portfolios.

• Assist with design and implementation of a centralized product data repository.

• Complete RFPs and RFIs for new and existing client relationships.

• Contribute to and support the development of new content for growing our RFP database, which includes the ability to craft narratives around sophisticated concepts.

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients, existing clients, plan sponsors and research analysts.

• Using a variety of analytical software and other tools, deliver accurate, timely, and complete due diligence materials to research groups at our sponsor firms.

• Maintain and expand automated templates as part of an ongoing project to boost the efficiency of data reporting.

• Identify new opportunities where technology can increase the efficiency for both data production and reporting.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum 3 years of Financial Services experience.

• Motivated, organized, and detail oriented.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Though not required, familiarity with industry software including Morningstar Direct, FactSet, Bloomberg, Seismic, Tableau/data visualization tools, Qvidian.

• Detailed understanding of separately managed accounts and multi-asset portfolios.

• Proficient with technology and data; ability to streamline and automate processes.

• Excellent writing, communication, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
