We are currently seeking a Product Analyst to join our team

The Product Analyst will provide clients, prospects and internal parties with timely and accurate written communications and portfolio reporting support related to the firm's growing fixed income and equity product lines. This individual will be critical for generating competitive analysis, investment writing for client reporting and marketing collateral, as well as analyzing and interpreting quantitative data to develop insights into how to best position the firm's products to grow the business. This role is a member of the Marketing Product Team and will work closely with all Product Specialists, with a goal of eventually owning a set of products as a Product Specialist.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and/or support a variety of key product positioning initiatives (often simultaneously), including competitive analysis and content development for both equity and fixed income products.

  • Drive product strategy in partnership with product specialists, marketing, sales and client portfolio managers by proposing and conducting quantitative research into client and prospect investment trends and behavior.

  • Understand the prospect distribution and marketing ecosystem to help identify product competitive advantages and suggest ways to enhance or emphasize such advantages.

  • Complete equity content requests including ad hoc investment slides, podcast scripts, investment writing for Requests for Proposal (RFP), and other ad-hoc Marketing content.

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and business initiatives impacting growing product lines and in support of business priorities.

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of relevant financial services work experience.

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university, preferably with a major in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or similar.

  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced Excel and computer skills, along with strong math and quantitative aptitude.

  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow-through.

  • Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities independently.

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications).

  • Working knowledge across a variety of capital markets software applications and analytics tools such as: PowerBI, FactSet, Bloomberg and eVestment.

Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.

This is a hybrid role, preference is to be located within commuting distance of our Newport Beach, CA office or Los Angeles, CA office.
