We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Product Analyst supporting Digital Health Data & Analytics Team in Ft. Worth, TX, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the product innovation strategy with a strong focus on the Data & Analytics data products & platform features and enhancements as outlined on the D&A Roadmap. You will work closely with the Data Product Managers & key stakeholders to draft user stories and acceptance criteria that define the product requirements and roadmaps for reusable data products and analytics platforms that drive efficiency, scalability, and actionable insights that revolutionize the way connected and personalized care is delivered. You will be a champion and advocate for driving the sustainable value creation from data and AI, both for our customers and Alcon.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Collaborates with the PM to shape end-to-end product strategy and business value.

• Partner with the Product team to deliver features aligned to the Data Product Roadmap by drafting user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Define KPIs and monitor progress.

• Stay in sync with the Data Engineering & Data Science teams on priorities and day-to-day decision making.

• Support Agile ways of working.

• Ensure user interfaces and dependencies are considered.

• Stay current with latest trends in digital health & data products.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+ 9 yrs; M.S.+ 2 yrs; PhD+0 yrs)

• 5 Years of Relevant Experience

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
