As a Producer with Gallagher Bassett, you will have high visibility and impact on client relations, requiring extensive interaction at all levels of the client hierarchy, as well as inter-departmental and inter-company relations. Your responsibilities will include:
Develops and acquires new business revenue from new and existing clients and assigned prospects, typically of moderate to higher complexity prospects or clients, in identified sectors or market areas.
Maintains current and an in-depth knowledge of property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or other insurance products or professional services through networking and participating in professional developmental activities.
One or more years related TPA insurance experience.
Strong working knowledge of potential clients and the insurance brokerage business.
Act independently with minimal direction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
